Every month at Police & Thieves we have a new philanthropic focus. In 2022, Police & Thieves organized: A food drive to donate to the Bienvenidos Food Bank; a Toy Drive to donate to the Southwest Denver Coalition; A Holiday Letter Writing Drive for the Last Prisoner Project; Round It Up for Justice with the Last Prisoner Project; Clothing donations for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless; Support for the Planned Parenthood Action Fund through donations and help from our vendors! Police & Thieves is also a place to highlight and provide space for local artists throughout the community.

No. The person who placed the order must come in-store and show a valid ID that matches the name given for the online order.

You will pay in-store when picking up your order either with Cash or Debit. Please note there is a fee of $3.25 for all debit card transactions.

You can purchase up to 1 ounce of marijuana flower, 8 grams of marijuana concentrates, 800mg of edibles, or their equivalency. Non-transdermal topical products do not have a limit placed on them. This is your daily purchase limit.

Yes, we do accept debit cards and there is a fee of $3.25, which is the same fee as our ATM. We do not accept credit cards.

No, due to the regulations established by the State of Colorado no returns or exchanges can be made on marijuana products.

We accept the following forms of IDs: U.S. Driver’s Licenses, U.S. State ID Cards, U.S. Military IDs, Passports, Passport Cards, Colorado digital Driver’s License/State IDs, Temporary U.S. State Driver’s License/State ID, and an Enrollment card issued by the governing authority of a federally recognized Indian tribe if the enrollment card incorporates proof of age.
All Identification must be valid at the time of purchase and not expired, it cannot be cracked, broken, or altered in any way. If you are a Colorado Resident with a broken or cracked ID please download the My Colorado App to obtain your digital ID. All customers must be 21 years of age.

Yes, and you can sign up for our Spring big text blast sent out twice a week with special offers and updates. When signed up for the loyalty program, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent and receive $5 off your purchase once you reach 100 points. Please ask your sales associate how to do this when in-store.
